Tarasa Collective is a group of 16 female founders, investors, and operators in the LatAm tech scene. Tarasa was born out of the need for more female representation in LatAm’s cap tables and across the ecosystem. We believe that seeing more women investors will drive a more equitable tech scene in LatAm and improve the number of VC backed teams founded by women (which pathetically sits below 1% in the region!).
We are committed to supporting early stage founders (of any gender) across LatAm who are aligned with this mission and will increase the representation of women in the tech scene. With both capital and operating support, we are excited to leverage our diverse experiences and networks to help build a new generation of startups.
